GIREENDRA KASMALKAR: Gireendra is a Mechanical engineer by training (B.Tech IIT Mumbai 1987, M.S., Univ. of South Carolina, USA).

He has over 15 years of experience in the IT industry. Starting his career with Tata Consultancy Services, Gireendra later founded his own company in the area of CAD-CAM consulting and software development.

In 1997, he founded Prabodhan Infosystems and as the head of its SQA division established from scratch a successful business in third-party software QA and testing services. Close to a 200 purely testing projects have been completed for software development companies all over the world.

The SQA division of Prabodhan is now VERISOFT Infoservices Pvt. Ltd. Gireendra is the founder and CEO of this company.

Apart from the technical and business leadership role in the field of software testing, Gireendra is also actively involved in various IT industry activities. He is core group member of SPIN-Pune, one of the most successful SPINs in India. He is also on the management committee of CSI - Pune chapter.

ANIL RISBUD: COO, VeriSoft. Anil Risbud is a Graduate in Mechanical Engineering and Post Graduate in Management Science and Fellow of Institution of Engineers India.

He has total 30 years of functional experience in Manufacturing, Projects Management and Systems. In his capacity as a Chartered Engineer he has handled asset valuations, certifications and project appraisals for loan sanctions for Banks.

He has very good functional experience of manufacturing operations in Make-to-Stock (MTO) and Ancillary Job Work (MTO), Fabrication and Special Purpose Machines (ETO) business scenarios. He has managed medium scale engineering organization as a CEO.

He worked for 5 years with Patni Computer Systems Ltd. as Senior Specialist Software in Enterprise Application Integration SBU-Baan. He led the team Localization Support Project for Baan Global Support covering 4000 concurrent Baan users sites located across India. On behalf of Patni he worked in the US for 15 months on a Baan project as Leader for Production Support Team. For Baan Company he worked as Manufacturing Consultant on a Baan ERP implementation projects.

SNIGDHA KASMALKAR: Snigdha is an Electronics Engineer by training (Master of Engineering from College of Engineering, Pune)

She has 9 years of IT experience including 6 years of software testing experience. Her testing experience includes product testing as well as large application testing projects in a variety of domains such as Telecom, Healthcare and enterprise applications. These projects include all types of testing - manual, automated regression and load testing. She has been responsible for on-site test strategies and off-shoring of testing projects, leading large testing projects with delivery responsibilities, and as an expert on automated testing, leading organization-wide test automation efforts.

Avinash Marathe
Avinash completed his Electrical Engineering from College of Engineering, Pune in 1970, and Nuclear Engineering from Bhabha Atomic Research Center, Mumbai in 1971.
His career started with BARC, where for 10 years he developed software for process control. He spent the next 10 years at Tata Consultancy Services in various roles such as Project Management, Consulting, Market Support, working around the globe - India, Holland, Indonesia and USA. After shorter stints in Thermax Systems and Software as In-Charge and in ICIM as Group Manager, he joined MBT as the General Managerwith the responsibility to start the Pune office. In his 10 years at

MBT,he has handled various top management responsibilities such as the Corporate Manager Resources, and later as Vice President - Software Engineering and Research.
At VeriSoft, Avinash will advise the board and management on strategic issues in Planning and Growth. He will also advise our execution team on building a solid foundation of methodology to our services in design, implementation and execution of software testing solutions. Most importantly, he will be a Mentor to all of us in VeriSoft.
