Fixed bid:

After studying the project, we will estimate the manpower requirements & depending on the man-days required, a fix cost for the whole project will be quoted. In this case, the project Management will be with Verisoft.

Time and material:

Charges for each of the human resource will be quoted depending on the hours of work done and the level of the human resource for the task assigned.

Contract for a test team:

This model is a modified T&M, for a longer duration of time and for a particular number of resources. The individual resources can be changed depending on the changing testing requirement (e.g. functional testing for 2 months, load testing for the 3rd month etc.). This model provides flexibility as well as benefits of long-term contract to both parties.

The work location for the project can be mutually decided with the customer depending on the need of the project.

Onsite: The testing team will be completely onsite and use the test setup at the customer site.

Offshore: The test setup can be completely replicated in our office and the testing team can execute the project in our office. (Some on-site presence may be there for coordination as required. In some cases, testing team may be divided between on-site and off-shore as required).

Offshore over internet: The test setup at the customer site can be made accessible over internet through secure access and the testing team can execute the project from off-shore. Some types of testing, such as load testing, may have limitations in such a set up.
